During October 2008 my primary school class (P6) got to hold a pigs heart. This was part of our science lesson. I found the heart to be cold to the touch, because it came out of the fridge. I don't know if it was the fridge in the staff room though!
The pigs heart smelt like 'off yogurt' or 'off milk'. I really loved touching it and at the end of the day the teacher gave it to me to take home to show my father and mother.
